Two weeks ago, Softliv members attended the 2025 Soft Condensed Matter Gordon Research Conference at Colby-Sawyer College. It was a lively week filled with science, discussion, and reconnection with our alumni community.

• Takumi shared his research on the thermodynamics of biomolecular condensation.
• Teagan presented his studies on partitioning in biomolecular condensates.
• Lotta presented her X-ray studies on the structure of biomolecular condensates.

We’re very grateful to the organizers and participants for many inspiring conversations and constructive critiques. One of the highlights was catching up with our lab alumni and celebrating the progress of our growing community.
