Meet Katia—our new member in the lab!

This may be old news to everyone, but Katia has been a driving force since spring arrived in Ithaca.

She is broadly interested in the physics of biomolecular condensates, and since joining the lab she has focused on how these condensates respond to chemical gradients. She has already made concrete progress in improving our experimental procedures.

We can’t wait to see what she uncovers in the coming years.
